Responsibilities:

– Provide remote and in-person speech and language therapy services to clients.
– Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
– Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders accurately.
– Maintain detailed and precise client records for documentation purposes.
– Complete all necessary paperwork efficiently and accurately.
– Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
– Adhere strictly to professional standards and ethical guidelines in all interactions.

Qualifications:

– Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland.
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
– Proficient in organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
– Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

Location: Remote and In-person Howard county, Maryland public schools

Compensation for Remote position:

-1099: $70 per hour

– W2: $60 per hour

Compensation In-person SLPs:

-1099: $85 per hour

-W2: $75 per hour

Compensation In-person CFs:

-W2: $50 per hour (paperwork included)
