Location:
Swansfield Elementary & Worthington Elementary – Howard County, MD
Responsibilities:
– Provide in-person speech and language therapy services to clients.
– Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
– Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders accurately.
– Maintain detailed and precise client records for documentation purposes.
– Complete all necessary paperwork efficiently and accurately.

– Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
– Adhere strictly to professional standards and ethical guidelines in all interactions.
Qualifications:
SLP & CF: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
SLPA: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders or related field
CCC-SLP required for licensed SLPs
Supervision eligibility required for CFs
Ability to commute or relocate to Howard County, MD (required)
Proficient in organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
Work Schedule:
30-minute unpaid lunch break
7 hours/day on-site (must remain on school premises)
~5 hours of direct therapy
~2 hours of paid paperwork

Compensation In-person SLPs:
Licensed SLPs: $75/hour
Clinical Fellows (CFs): $60/hour
SLPAs (Bachelor’s Degree): $55/hour
